2 minute readEver wondered if you can use AI to help book meetings for you? Now you can!
Step 1: Sign up for FullContext
FullContext is a powerful AI workflow creator that allows you to build a chatbot that can:
- Book meetings
- Answer complex questions
- Share resources
- And a whole lot more
Signing up is free and only takes a few minutes. You can sign up here.
Step 2: Configure your workflow
The power of FullContext lies in its ability to configure the AI’s behavior using natural language. After signing up, you will be redirected to your agent’s script, which is where this configuration happens:
Select the "Book a meeting" template to get started quickly.
Step 3: Connect your calendar
In order for the agent to be able to book meetings on your behalf, you need to connect your Google or Outlook calendar. In the settings page, select "Calendars":
Once the calendar is connected, click on the "Meeting types" in the settings navigation on the left:
Create a meeting type and give it a name. Be sure to add yourself as a participant of the meeting.
Step 4: Update the script
Head back to the Script in the agent and select the meeting node:
Update the "Scheduler app" to point to "FullContext" and select the meeting type we just created.
That's it, you now have an AI that can book meetings on your behalf. Click on the share button in the upper right to create a link that can be shared:
Step 5: (Bonus) Customize the script
Having a scheduling workflow like this really shines when you go beyond what a traditional scheduling app can do. Here are some suggestions for how to customize your workflow:
- Instruct the agent to ask the user if there is any additional context that could be helpful for the meeting.
- Instruct the agent to follow-up with a resource after they book a meeting so the user can learn more about the company or a particular topic. To reference a resource you can type '/' and select Resource.
- Notify slack that a user has booked a meeting. To do this you can type '/' and select Notify Slack.
